Donation to Konganapuram Foundation
"Konganapuram Foundation" was founded by Mr Sashidharan (Mr Muralidharan's father) It has been running for 32 years successfully giving scholarship cheques worth Rs 10,000/- to the toppers of 10th and 12th examinations studying in Konganapuram Government higher secondary school. From 2024 onwards, they are additionally providing scholarship cheques for Rs 1000/- to the toppers of 6th to 12th standard. V'87 has donated Rs 10,000/- towards this event which has been distributed to the toppers of 6th - 12th students. A republic day spent meaningfully, Thanks to Mr Sashidharan and Mr Muralidharan for completing this event successfully.

Kailash
Kailash studying in Mahendara Arts and Science College 2nd year B.Com has received a cheque for Rs 10,000/- towards his college fees. He is supported by his widowed mother and grandmother, they run a fruit stall to meet the ends of the family's financial needs. Thanks to Mr Muralidharan and Ms Madhumithra, manager of Reliance Nippon for completing the event at our V87 office successfully.

Shagul and Jaswanth Siddharth
Shagul studying in NPR Matriculation school recevied a cheque for Rs 10,000/- towards his school fees. He is studying 11th standard - commerce group.
Jaswanth Siddharth studying 3rd in Sri Vidya Mandir Higher Secondary School received a cheque for Rs 10,000/- towards his education. Jaswanth's father is an auto driver and they needed help.

S. Kesavan
S. Kesavan's mother contacted our trust seeking help with her son's school fees. Her husband is an alcoholic and wasn't providing any financial support to the family. She was working for Salem Pengal Nalavazhvu Sangam for Rs 6000 and couldn't afford to pay her son's school fees. Vizhudhugal'87 team donated a cheque for Rs 3000/- to the Principal of Little Flower Hr Sec to be able to continue his education. Thank you Mr Narendran, Owner of Siva Granites for presenting the cheque and Mr Muralidharan for completing the event. Our special thanks to Ms. Parameshwari, Project coordinator of Pengal Nazhavazhvu Sangam.

V. Dhanushree
V. Dhanushree studying 10th standard in Equitas Gurukul Matriculation Hr Sec School received a cheque for Rs 10000/- towards the school fees. Her father had a heavy loss in his business and had reached out to our trust for help. The event took place in Dr Kartik Rajaratnam's Clinic. Thanks to the core committee members - Dr Manjunathan, Mr Praburam, Dr Kartik Rajaratnam, Mr TVLS Prabhu, Mr Muralidharan, Ms Sucheta and Ms Lavanya for successfully completing this event.

S.Ashwin and S.Suparna
A cheque for Rs 5000/- each was presented to S. Ashwin and S. Suparna studying in Jayarani Matriculation HSS school towards education support. S. Ashwin is studying in 5th standard and S.Suparna is a 2nd standard student. Thank you Mrs Aswini Manjunathan for presenting school supplies to both kids. Our gratitude extends to the team - Dr Manjunathan, Mrs Aswini Manjunathan, Mr Praburam, Dr Kartik Rajaratnam, Mr Muralidaran and his cousin Mr Sathish Kumar for completing the event successfully at our admin office.

S.Raghavi and Daswan
S. Raghavi studying in 12th standard Cluny Matriculation school received a cheque for Rs 10000/- to continue her education. Her dad who was an auto driver had to sell his auto during covid times and is now ironing clothes. Raghavi is a bright biochemistry student and also won 2nd prize at the state-level tug-of-war competition that was held in June 2023. Our heartfelt thanks to Sr Reena, Principal of Cluny, for presenting the cheque to the family. Our Secretary Mr Muralidharan also briefed about our trust and its work to the new Principal of Cluny.
S. Daswan studying in 9th standard Sarada Balamandir received a cheque for Rs 7000/- towards his education expenses. His father is no more and his mother is a housewife. The family is supported by his aunt, a transgender who is working in a temple. Thank you Mr Muralidharan for completing these events today.

Kanishk and Oviya
Miss Priya, a member of Salem Thirunangaigal Nazha Sabha had reached out to our trust asking to support the education of two little kids, Kanishk and Oviya.
Mr Muralidharan and Miss Priya presented the cheque for Rs 7000/- to Kanishk studying in Jay Matriculation School. His father is no more and his mother found it very hard to continue his education.

S.Janitha - Grade I student
S. Janitha, a studious kid couldn't go to school as her parents were financially broke since covid times. Janitha's father is currently delivering water cans and the mother is working in a factory. Dr Kartikeyan and Mr Muralidharan presented a cheque for Rs 7000/- to Janita and her family towards the fees for 1st standard in Pushpa Matriculation School at our Vizhudhugall admin office. Thanks to Murali and Kartik for completing this event.

Shahal M, a grade X student of NPR Matricatulation School received a cheque for Rs 10,000/- towards his term fees. His father has lost his job due to covid. Mrs Punitha Narendran, Owner of Rajeshwari Towers presented the cheque to the student. Thanks to Mr Muralidharan for completing the event.

Monetary support
Two kids were presented with monetary support cheques to help pursue their education. Rotarian Mr Manavazhan, Mr Ashokan and Mrs Hamsi, a teacher at Emerald Public School along with her son Praveen presented the cheques to the families.

A cheque for Rs 3800/- was presented to a student studying in St Joseph's Matriculation School, Yercaud towards his 4th standard fees. He lost his father to covid.
A cheque for Rs 8100/- was presented to Sanjana studying 8th standard in Meenam Park Matriculation School. She lost her father to covid as well.

Selva Madhumitha of 6th Standard studying in Sri Sarada Matric Higher Secondary School for Girls received a cheque for Rs 10,000/- The family is struggling to pay the fees as her father, a temple priest, was down with covid and its symptoms for several months.
Harish studying 5th standard in Sri Sarada Balamandir Boys School received a cheque for Rs 10,000/- His father is an auto driver and could not pay the fees. He has been providing his support to our trust by making trips to event venues at a meagre fare.
